How to you use in Photoshop:
For objects: smokes, clouds, fogs, or soap bubbles you use a blending mode SCREEN ( Window-- Layers--Screen) + Opacity --(in Layers) if you need or Gaussian Blur -(Filter--Blur--Gaussian Blur). For white drops I recommend a blending mode MULTIPLY( Window--Layers--Multiply), for blue drops is suitable a blending mode SCREEN and MULTIPLY+ light coloured background. ( If you use blue drops for dark background, use a blending mode Color burn or Linear burn. You can change the color of drops via Hue/Saturation, go Image--Adjustments--Hue/Saturation
